Payment Options
There are several payment options available at Anthon
Chiropractic Care. For those patients who either do not have
health insurance, or whose plans do not cover chiropractic
care, we offer a variety of payment plans to accommodate each
individual.
HEALTH INSURANCE
We accept most major medical insurance companies, including
but not limited to: Humana, FARA, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue
Shield, United, Cigna, and State Employees Group Benefits.

AUTOMOBILE INJURIES
We are experienced in dealing with automobile injury cases,
and ensuring a smooth communication between the patients,
insurance companies and attorneys.
WORKER’S COMPENSATION
If you have been injured on the job, you are entitled to
chiropractic treatment. However, all treatment must be
authorized. Therefore, contact your employer to notify them
that you have been injured and would like to seek treatment,
then call us to schedule an appointment and we will coordinate
with your worker's compensation carrier.
